Customer information
Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how WadiMedicine's Full Package is purchased and delivered.
Draft version: 8 August 2026 — Full Package price update
1. Who you are contracting with
WadiMedicine is operated by Danidu Waditha Loku Pathirage, trading as WadiMedicine.
- Business and complaints address: 10 Elmfield Park, Clarehall, Dublin 13, D13 K2E9, Ireland
- Email: wadimedicine1@gmail.com
- Telephone/WhatsApp: +353 89 237 2041
2. Who may purchase
The purchaser must be at least 18. Where the student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must purchase the service and is the contracting customer. Another adult may purchase only where they have authority to do so.
3. How a contract is formed
The free 15-minute call is an initial fit-check and does not oblige either party to purchase or provide a paid service. After the call, WadiMedicine may send the customer the relevant service summary, acceptance form and payment instructions.
A paid contract is formed only when WadiMedicine has received the completed acceptance form and cleared payment, and then sends the customer a confirmation email. The confirmation email will identify the service, price, contract date and agreed start timing.
The customer must review these Terms and the cancellation information before submitting the acceptance form. The form records agreement using choices and unticked checkboxes; no separate email saying "I accept" is required.
4. Full Package
The Full Package costs €1,500. The exact price and payment link will be stated in the customer's email.
The package provides individual guidance through the agreed stages of university shortlisting, application and document preparation, entrance-exam planning and preparation, interview preparation, and relocation/first-month planning. The confirmation email may set out a more specific delivery plan based on the student's chosen universities and deadlines.
Unless expressly included in writing, the price does not include university, application, examination, translation, notarisation, legalisation, courier, travel, accommodation, insurance, immigration or third-party professional fees. The customer remains responsible for paying those costs directly.
5. Payment
The customer must pay the total amount shown in the WadiMedicine email using the secure Revolut payment link provided for that service. No work is confirmed until cleared payment is received. WadiMedicine will send a confirmation email and retain the corresponding payment record.
6. Your 14-day right to cancel
Each paid acceptance form asks when the customer wants the service to begin. Nothing is preselected. The customer may expressly request a start within the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge the consequences below, or require WadiMedicine to wait until that period has ended before preparing for or delivering the service.
Where a consumer purchases a service online, by telephone or by email, they may cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To cancel, the customer must email wadimedicine1@gmail.com with a clear statement that they wish to cancel. They may use the model cancellation form in section 8, but using that form is not compulsory.
If the customer cancels before WadiMedicine begins providing the service, WadiMedicine will refund payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the cancellation, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
If the customer expressly asks WadiMedicine to begin during the cancellation period and then cancels before the service is fully performed, the customer must pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to cancellation compared with the full contract.
If the service is fully performed during the cancellation period after the customer's express request and acknowledgement, the right to cancel ends when the service has been fully performed.
These statutory rights are separate from any voluntary goodwill offered by WadiMedicine.
7. Model cancellation form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel. You may instead send any other clear cancellation statement by email.
8. Scheduling and customer cooperation
The parties will agree the session or delivery timetable in writing. The customer must provide accurate information, respond within reasonable timeframes and promptly supply documents needed for the agreed work. University and external deadlines remain the customer's responsibility, although WadiMedicine will identify known deadlines relevant to the agreed service.
If the customer delays or supplies incomplete or inaccurate information, WadiMedicine may need to adjust the timetable. Any material change will be communicated.
9. Nature and limits of the guidance
WadiMedicine provides independent admissions guidance based on personal experience and research. WadiMedicine is not a university, admissions authority, immigration adviser, solicitor, tax adviser or medical regulator. Customers should verify material requirements with the relevant university or authority before relying on them.
Admissions decisions, examination outcomes, visa or residence decisions, professional recognition and registration decisions are controlled by third parties. WadiMedicine does not guarantee any of them.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, or limits the customer's mandatory rights under consumer law.
10. Complaints
Please send complaints to wadimedicine1@gmail.com. Include the customer's name, the service purchased and a clear description of the concern. WadiMedicine will acknowledge and investigate the complaint within a reasonable time.
11. Personal information
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. Customers should not send highly sensitive information unless WadiMedicine has explained why it is needed and how it will be handled.
12. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive it. These terms are governed by Irish law, without depriving a consumer of any mandatory protection that applies in their country of residence.
